Der/die Nutzer:in kann nun das Passwort in den Einstellungen selbst nach der Einrichtung ändern.
Adds PasswordStore.changePassword(oldPassword, newPassword), which
verifies the old password before updating the stored hash. The
Einstellungen page gets a new 'Sicherheit' section with a dialog to
enter the old password and the new password twice.
