Nun kann eine Antragsabstimmung über dieselbe Plattform, wie die Online-Wahlen durchgeführt werden. Dazu wurden die Strings im Voting-Server, sowie die Antragsseiten angepasst.

Nun kann eine Antragsabstimmung über dieselbe Plattform, wie die Online-Wahlen durchgeführt werden. Dazu wurden die Strings im Voting-Server, sowie die Antragsseiten angepasst.
Adds a 'Live-Abstimmung' button on the Anträge page that lets the
admin select any number of Anträge and start an anonymous
OTC-code-based live voting session (same mechanism as Wahlen), with
Zustimmung / keine Zustimmung / Enthaltung as options per Antrag.
After the session ends, each Antrag's status is automatically set to
angenommen/abgelehnt by simple majority.

Also adds the 'Antragstext' field (renamed from 'Beschreibung' to
match branches issue/8 and issue/9) to the Antrag model and dialog.
WahlSektion now carries its own ballot hint text (hinweisEinzeln /
hinweisMehrfachVorlage) instead of a hardcoded 'Kandidat:in' wording.
Elections keep the existing 'Wähle eine:n Kandidat:in.' text by
default, while Antrag live-voting sections now correctly show
'Wähle eine Option.'
